LUSTER® for Zirconia Polishing on layered and monolithic zirconia restorations

The MEISINGER LUSTER® for Zirconia polishing system has been specially developed for use on layered and monolithic zirconia restorations. The system includes diamond polishers for extraoral use. The hardness of the zirconia materials ranges from 850 MPa to 1200 MPa. A key to the processing of zirconium oxide is a fast procedure with minimal heat generation.

MEISINGER has developed the LUSTER® kit especially for the extraoral polishing of zirconium oxide. This minimises heat development and prevents microcracks. The kit contains pre-polishers and high-gloss polishers that can be used without polishing paste. Additional instruments for grinding contact points round off the system. The two-stage polishing system impresses with its easy handling and high-gloss results.

Polieren auf geschichteten und monolithischen Zirkonoxid-Restaurationen

Das MEISINGER LUSTER® for Zirconia Poliersystem wurde speziell für den Einsatz auf geschichteten und monolithischen Zirkonoxid-Restaurationen entwickelt. Das System umfasst Diamantpolierer für extraorale Anwendung. Die Härte der Zirkon Materialien reicht von 850 MPa bis 1200 MPa. Ein Schlüssel zur Bearbeitung von Zirkonoxid ist ein schnelles Vorgehen mit minimaler Wärmeentwicklung.

MEISINGER hat das LUSTER® Kit speziell für die extraorale Politur von Zirkonoxid entwickelt. Dadurch wird die Wärmeentwicklung minimiert und Mikrorisse vermieden. Das Kit enthält Vorpolierer und Hochglanzpolierer, die ohne Polierpaste genutzt werden können. Weitere Instrumente zum Beschleifen von Kontaktpunkten runden das System ab. Das zweistufige Poliersystem besticht durch einfache Handhabung und hochglänzende Resultate.
