The Transfer-Control Basic 2 enables a precise and standardised approach for the transplantation of bone cylinders for horizontal and vertical bone augmentation. The various milling tools are available in three diameters and are perfectly coordinated so that the outer diameters of the bearing mills and the size of the wheel mills correspond to the inner diameters of the trephines. This allows a clamping fit to be achieved when inserting the bone cylinder, which can be reinforced with separately available fixation screws (Screw System TX, Art.-No. BTX00 / Screw System TX Professional, Art.-No. BTXPR). The precisely transplanted bone cylinders result in a transplantable bone bed after just 3-4 months due to faster revitalisation and integration. Transfer-Control Basic 2 is an entry-level system with a reduced set of instruments. It is suitable for harvesting bone cylinders with diameters of 6.0 mm, 7.0 mm, and 8.0 mm.

Horizontaler und vertikaler Knochenaufbau mit Knochentransplantaten

Das Transfer-Control Basic 2 ermöglicht ein passgenaues und genormtes Vorgehen bei der Transplantation von Knochenzylindern zur horizontalen und vertikalen Knochenaugmentation. Die verschiedenen Fräswerkzeuge sind in drei Durchmessern verfügbar und dabei perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, sodass die Außendurchmesser der Lagerfräser sowie die Größe der Radfräser den Innendurchmessern der Trepane entsprechen. Hierdurch kann bereits beim Einsetzen des Knochenzylinders eine Klemmpassung erzielt werden, die mit separat erhältlichen Fixationsschrauben (Screw System TX, Art.-No. BTX00 / Screw System TX Professional, Art.-No. BTXPR) verstärkt werden kann. Die passgenau transplantierten Knochenzylinder ergeben durch die schnellere Vitalisierung und Einheilung bereits nach 3-4 Monaten ein transplantationsfähiges Knochenlager. Transfer-Control Basic 2 ist ein Einstiegssystem mit reduziertem Instrumentarium. Es eignet sich für die Gewinnung von Knochenzylindern der Durchmesser 6,0 mm, 7,0 mm und 8,0 mm.
